Zoë Windle

Programme Coordinator, EQUAL Research

Zoë Windle is the Program Coordinator for the FCDO-funded EQUAL MNH research consortium. Zoë has over eight years of experience working in project management roles supporting a range of donor-funded contracts, grants and institutional partners. Prior to joining IRC, Zoë managed a series of health care projects at the International Centre for Eye Health, supported the coordination of a large FCDO-funded climate research program (BRACED) at ODI and project managed a DFAT-funded rural livelihoods program in Laos during her time at a small London-based consulting firm. Zoë holds a Master's Degree in International Development from the Paris School of International Affairs, Sciences Po with a specialty in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in French and Spanish from the University of Edinburgh.
