Sheila is a behavioral scientist with 14 years of experience driving engagement through applied behavioral science and change management methodologies. Her work centers on fostering meaningful connections and collective action among diverse groups—operating at the intersection of behavioral science, human-centered design, usability research, and strategic communication to craft intuitive experiences facilitating impactful interactions. Over the course of her career, spanning projects across Latin America to global initiatives, Sheila has designed and rolled out civic participation programs leveraging public and private sector tools. Applying usability testing ensures accessible community engagement solutions. She always aims to understand how communities best unite around issues affecting them in order to uplift society.
