Rukmini is Airbel's Director of Research and Innovation Strategy. She leads a team of strategists who work with each priority area to develop ambitious visions and roadmaps for achieving impact at scale. She also oversees Airbel's Innovation Fund - a pool of capital used to fund early-stage ideas - and leads strategy for the Nutrition priority. She comes to Airbel with experience in Silicon Valley and in US Government: She began her career at Google, transitioned to working at the Defense Intelligence Agency, and then joined Change.org. She holds a BA from Brown University, a MBA from Harvard Business School, and lives in Brooklyn, New York.
