Ramzy is the Performance Improvement Advisor in the BUR team providing technical support on performance management, adaptive improvement and evidence and learning for projects with Value for Money questions. He has over 15 years of experience specializing in Project Management, Research, and M&E with a background in Peacebuilding, Livelihoods, and Health for humanitarian and development settings across the East Africa region. He holds an MA in Rural Development and a BA in Social Sciences. He is based in Uganda.
