Nina Liew (she/her) is the Strategic Initiatives Lead at Airbel Impact Lab. In this role, she manages departmental governance and reporting, knowledge management, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and other strategic initiatives.

Before joining the IRC, she worked as the Chief of Staff at Shared_Studios where she led their global strategy and business operations across over 25 countries and territories. Prior to this, she worked as a management and public policy consultant at Nous Group in Australia where she delivered strategy, human-centered design, change management, policy and evaluation projects for public, private and non-profit clients. She has also worked at the ACLU, World Vision Australia, the Melbourne Microfinance Initiative.

Nina holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Melbourne.
