Nathaly Spilotros

Sexual and Reproductive Health Lead

Nathaly Spilotros is the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) Lead for Research & Innovation at the IRC. She currently provides strategic leadership over the organization’s self-managed contraception and abortion care Global Research and Innovation Priority and manages a portfolio of projects that generates evidence and develops innovative solutions for SRHR self-care in humanitarian and fragile settings. She has over a decade of experience leading the design, implementation and evaluation of SRHR programs in a variety of different humanitarian settings across the world. Prior to joining the IRC, she worked for the Women’s Refugee Commission and a private investigations firm. Nathaly completed her Master of Public Health and Master of International Affairs at Columbia University.
