Matthew is a product management consultant currently supporting the Dioptra tool at Airbel. Matthew has previous experience building and leading software teams to make useful tools. His role at the IRC is to develop and execute a growth strategy for Dioptra, working closely with the Best Use of Resources team internally and a consortium of customer NGOs externally.
