Lucian Lee (he/him) is the Best Use of Resources Lead for Organizational Support at the IRC, supporting country teams and partner organizations on conducting cost analysis and assessing value for money of humanitarian and development programs. He has over 10 years of blended experience in the non-profit and private sectors, including cost analysis, sexual health counselling, and technology marketing. He holds an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University.
