Kayla Hoyer, MPP is an Analyst for Best Use of Resources at the IRC. She currently oversees the cost-effectiveness portfolio and supports country programs and technical units in executing these analyses. She has also supported Ahlan Simsim and assisted in developing a dashboard and data model to track research and innovation projects. Prior to joining the IRC, Kayla worked for Innovation for Poverty Actions’ Research Transparency unit, curating datasets and running code checks for publication. Kayla holds a Master’s of Public Policy from the University of Michigan, where she focused on international policy and social science research.
