Kathryn Holbert

Innovation Strategy Advisor

Kathryn Holbert is an Innovation Strategy Advisor at the International Rescue Committee's Airbel Impact Lab. She develops both broad organizational and project-level strategy at Airbel, working with cross-sectoral teams to develop multi-year strategic visions, while developing solution strategies for projects designing, testing and scaling new innovations. Her goal is to create positive impact for the clients IRC serves by bringing innovative solutions to the last mile and while setting broader strategic direction to amplify impact.

Kathryn has spent her career helping organizations develop and deliver upon strategies across both the corporate and non-profit sectors. She started her career in management consulting working on strategy, finance, and data analysis projects. After consulting she moved to a corporate strategy position at an algorithm-powered e-commerce company, where she worked on market analysis, product experimentation, board materials, and strategic planning.  

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Texas at Austin and resides in Austin, Texas.
