Artur is an Education Research working at the Airbel Impact Lab. He has over 11 years of experience in research on topics in international development, humanitarian response, and education. He holds a PhD from King’s College London, and has worked at UNICEF Office of Research, UNESCO Institute for Statistics, and UNESCO. His recent work has covered data and policy for education in emergencies, with a focus on forcibly displaced populations.

Prior to this he worked on topics ranging from poverty, inequality, sports for development, school feeding, the provision of education by non-state actors, and the role of business in the provision of training. Outside of work he is an avid reader, photographer, and yogi.
