Anne Partridge leads the Innovation Fund, based out of Nairobi. She has 17 years of experience spanning across impact investing, strategy consulting, and international development. Prior to joining Airbel, she built, launched and led Optimizer Foundation – a seed stage, Africa focused, impact fund. Prior to Optimizer Foundation, she worked in strategy consulting for Dalberg based out of west Africa and working across the continent. She also held positions within sustainability consulting in London, at the Swedish Foreign Office, as well as the UN out of Kenya.
