Andrew Wilcox is an Innovation Strategy Advisor at the International Rescue Committee's Airbel Impact Lab.

He works to develop, implement, and track both project-specific and org-wide strategy within the IRC, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to steer Airbel’s innovations in the right direction. He is immensely excited to maximize the IRC’s impact and help design life-changing programs targeting acute contexts across the globe.

Andrew has experience in catalyzing org-wide innovation & scaling pathways through his previous role as a management consultant, where he supported organizations in answering their most challenging and pressing strategic questions.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, and currently lives in beautiful, sunny San Francisco.
